My name is Sister Lisa Dale. I am the church school superintendent at Bethel A.M.E. Church in Dallas. I am sure by now you have all heard the good news. Bethel has been blessed to be chosen as the location for our church school convention this year. The date will be June 10, 2006, time is 10 am -3:00 pm.

While we are truly excited about this event, to make it a success we are going to need your help! We want to know what staff you have available to help on that date. We need teachers for all age groups, including adult classes.

We will also have a spirit filled Worship service. Presiding Elder Ervin has requested that all program participants be age 30 or younger. Our preacher will be Bro. Mittie Muse Jr., from Ebenezer A.M.E. in Tyler. All ushers, collection committee members and program participants will be in that age group. Please contact me ASAP if you have young people desiring to be on the program.

Please contact us at the church no later that may 31, 2006. Our administrative assistant will be happy to take a detailed message. I can also be reached by phone, fax or email. Please include a count of the number of adults and children attending from your church. There is no registration fee and a continental breakfast and lunch will be provided.
