Macedonia is located in the central portion of Kaufman County near downtown Kaufman. Kaufman County is one of the fastest growing counties in Texas. Located southeast of the City of Dallas many people are migrating from Dallas to rural Kaufman county to live while daily commuting to Dallas. Many new shopping centers and homes are being built in Kaufman County. Small businesses are also relocating to the area.
